| The main purpose of this study is to provide teaching resources and practical experience for biology teachers to infiltrate career education in teaching;to improving Junior High School students’ consciousness and ability of career Planning;to make it successful that integrating career education into academic lessons.This research used the literature method and investigative method to know the present situation and the demand of Junior High School students’ career education,analyzed the career knowledge in domestic and foreign Junior High School’s biology textbooks by comparative research methods,to excavate the available teaching materials.And then,designed the teaching schemes according to the stage theory of career development of Super.A practical study on Grade one and Grade two of the Wuding National Middle School in Chuxiong Prefecture,Yunnan Province,be carried out Through experiment,action research,observation,etc.In the process of practical research,the author rethought the teaching process,summed up the experience and ameliorated the teaching scheme,according to the students’ feedback and classroom performance.The results show that the infiltration of career education in Junior High School’s biology teaching enhanced students’ awareness of career planning and cultivated students’ ability to carry out primary career planning.So that the career education in Junior High School’s biology teaching is feasible.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the career education,the proper form should be used.The author suggests that we should strengthen the construction of the teaching contents of the career education in biology textbooks,improve the consciousness of the biology teachers ’ career education and enrich the infiltration content and form of the career education.The study also has the following deficiencies: there were less types of the occupation involved has been gived,less opportunities for students to seek the professional information,did not make full use of existing resources to propagate career education,failed to integrate the social resources to achieve the best career education,the author will continue to solved these problems during her teaching. |
