Research Of College Students’ Collectivism Education Research Under Individualism Situation

The process of individualization in our country’s society truly takes place,it impacts the values and ethical principles that our country ’ s society has always pursued while deconstructing and reshaping Chinese society.The first is the collectivist values,as the fundamental principles of socialist moral construction.Individuals who are busy chasing personal achievements seem to have forgotten the significance of the collective and collectivist principles.The value choice of "for me" is increasingly prevailing.As a witness and participant of the process of individualization in China,the post-90 college student group has a strong concern and pursuit of individual freedom and development.In front of them,the principle of collectivism emphasizing and safeguarding collective interests is gradually declining,and collective education is facing severe challenges.Therefore,on the basis of fully grasping China’s individualized social reality,it has great practical significance to analyze the value,dilemma and countermeasures of college student collectivism education in the process of individualization.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is a summary of college students’ collectivism education in the context of individualization.This part interprets the concepts of individualization and college student collectivism education,what is the meaning of individualization,the local characteristics of the individualization of Chinese society,and how to define collective,collectivism,and college student collectivism education.The second part analyzes the value of college students’ collectivism education in the individualized situation.This part detailed the significance and value of conducting collectivism education for undergraduates in an individualized situation.The development of college student collectivism education in individualized society is not only important for the coordination of conflicting conflicts among multiple stakeholders,but also for correcting the alienation of interpersonal communication.It helps people to build value pursuits that exceed narrow individuals and promote the realization of human freedom and overall development.In the third part,the challenges to collectivism education for undergraduates under individual circumstances.Specifically,the process of individualization in our society has brought the following challenges to the collective education of university students: the collective organizational function has led to the alienation of college students to the collective;the abuse of collective power has caused college students to question collectivism;the influence of traditional collectivist concepts It leads to the university students’ prejudice against collectivism;the spread of malformed self-culture leads to the derivative of college students’ self-interested psychology;the pressure of individual survival causes college students to produce a short-sighted value pursuit;while the intensification of competition between individuals leads to the alienation of college students’ interpersonal relationships.The fourth part analyzes the collectivism education path of undergraduates in the situation of individualization.This is the main point of this article.It is a positive response to the dilemma of college student collectivism education in the process of individualization.This article advocates to improve the effectiveness of college student collectivism education through a combination of institutional regulation and virtue cultivation.
