Research On Collectivism Education Of College Students In Kunmin

Collectivism is the value principle and action criterion that people follow when dealing with the relationship between individuals and society,and is the principle of socialist morality.Marxism demonstrates the core connotation of collectivism and emphasizes the importance of collective interests and long-term interests.In the primary stage of socialism,the self-interest values that emphasize personal interests over collective interests still have a profound impact,causing a significant negative impact on the healthy growth of college students,and generating many refined egoists.Based on the Marxist theory of the dialectical relationship between society and individuals and its related theories,this paper studies and discusses how to strengthen the collectivism education of college students in Kunming.Through the investigation of the current situation of collectivism education of college students in Kunming,the paper finds that college students have a strong sense of collectivism and collectivism emotion,but there are also some problems in the process of collectivism education: first,college students lack the level of awareness of collectivism,and can’t distinguish collectivism,collectivism and communitarianism clearly;Second,in the process of collectivism education,innovation is not enough,educational methods are single and educational atmosphere is not strong;Third,the value guidance of Marxism on collectivism education needs to be strengthened.The excellent traditional Chinese culture needs to be further integrated into collectivism education,and the embedding and coupling of collectivism education and China’s excellent traditional culture needs to be improved.These problems are caused by many reasons,including the influence of market economy,the infiltration of western ideology and culture,the impact of the proliferation of network culture,the low effectiveness of school collectivism education,the change of family structure,and the weak sense of identity of college students to collectivism.In view of this,we must put forward targeted countermeasures to strengthen collectivism education for college students in Kunming: first,we need to integrate the hierarchy,guidance and importance requirements of collectivism moral principles into the whole process of education;Second,enhance the ideological guidance of Marxist theory and traditional Chinese culture on collectivism education;Third,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,and explore a new path of "Internet plus collectivism education".In this way,we can help college students stick to the correct moral principles of collectivism,so as to enhance the effectiveness of collectivism education for college students.The moral principle of collectivism is the moral norm for college students to become socialist builders and successors.Therefore,under the background of the new era,the paper puts forward self opinions to strengthen collectivism education and realize the optimization of "quantity" and the innovation of "quality",and strives to make college students make positive contributions to China’s socialist modernization and national rejuvenation with one heart and one mind.
