Research On College Students’ Collectivism Education Problem And Countermeasure

Collectivism is not only an important principle in the socialist moral construction but also an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. However, the contemporary collectivism is facing severe challenges which mainly refer to the subjective diversification of market economic interest and the western ideology of penetrative cultural diversity. If all these are not taken seriously, it is adverse for collectivism to keep pace with the times as the leading role of the mainstream ideology. As representatives of outstanding teenagers, it is an important force to accomplish an affluent society and to achieve socialist modernization. Therefore, in the time background of the deepening of reform and opening-up, the ideological and political education of colleges and universities should constantly focus on and study this important subject. This paper persists in the combination of theory and practice, and makes every effort to make a new breakthrough and new contributions in strengthening college students’ collective education through the analysis of the research on the problem of college students’ collectivism education.The first part is mainly the introduction. Firstly of all, defines the related concepts of collectivism education college students; secondly, explore and elaborate the collectivism education theory basis of the university students; finally, illustrates the significance of college students’ collectivism education, which lays the foundation for the overall sketch of collectivism education of college students.The third part, the paper emphatically analyzes the present situation of the collectivism education for college students and comprehensively expounds the results and existing problems in collectivism education of college students. It even profoundly analyzed the existing problems from the angle of society, university, family and personal reasons.The fourth part, the thesis explores the effective countermeasures of strengthening collectivism education of college students according to the problems and reasons of college students’ collectivism education, and illustrates in detail from different angles as follows: pay more attention to the guiding role of social collectivism education in college students; strengthen the leading role of the collectivism education on college students in colleges and universities; improve the auxiliary role of family in college students’ collectivism education; enhanced the internalizing effect of college students themselves in collectivism education.This essay will hopefully provide some constructive opinions and suggestions for the research and practice of college students’ collectivism education.
