Research On College Students’ Collectivism Education In The New Era

Collectivism education is an important content of ideological and moral construction.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to deepen collectivism education and focus on cultivating newcomers of the era who will take on the great task of national rejuvenation.China is on the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The baton of building a powerful country and national rejuvenation has historically fallen on contemporary youth,and it is necessary to gather the great spirit of the Chinese nation’s unity and struggle.At the same time,Western developed countries represented by the United States have stepped up ideological infiltration of Chinese youth,relying on their strong economic and technological strength to dump erroneous thoughts such as extreme individualism,egoism and hedonism.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the collectivism education of college students,promote the optimization of educational strategies,and help young people consciously establish collectivism values.Under the guidance of Marxist positions,viewpoints and method,this study follows the logical thinking of raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,mainly using literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and conducts research from three aspects: the basic overview of collectivism education of college students,the actual situation,optimization strategy.First of all,it clarifies four prerequisite issues of the concept,theoretical basis,main content and main characteristics of collectivism education for college students in the new era,in order to clarify the theoretical premise for this study.This study defines the three concepts of collective,collectivism,and collectivism education for college students,and clarifies the core categories for subsequent study.This study adheres to historical thinking,focusing on Marxist classic writers,the thoughts of the Communist Party of China on collectivism education and the thoughts of collectivism education in Chinese excellent traditional culture for theoretical tracing to provide powerful ideological resources and inspiration for the research and writing of thesis;The main content of collectivism education for college students in the new era includes the education that personal interests are subordinated to the national and collective interests,the education that opposes individualism,and the education that the individual is integrated into the collective.It has the characteristics of sociality,exemplary,and hierarchy.Secondly,based on literature research and empirical research,grasp the achievements and shortcomings of collectivism education for college students in the new era,and explore the deep causes of the problems.Based on the two dimensions of summarizing experience and and inspection,on the one hand,it summarizes the remarkable achievements of collectivism education for college students in the new era,such as guiding college students to establish collectivism values,stimulating their enthusiasm to participate in collective activities,and clarifying the value confusion of college students about collectivist education.On the other hand,there are still problems that need to be solved urgently in the current college students collectivism education,such as: the informatization and daily life of college students collectivism education needs to be improved,the form of college students collectivism needs to be balanced,the environment of college students collectivism education needs to be improved.Finally,focusing on the practical task of improving the effect of collectivism education for college students,combining the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,based on the three dimensions of enriching the carrier of collectivism education for college students,optimizing the methods of collectivism education for college students,and creating an environment of collectivism education for college students.This study puts forward the optimization strategy of collectivism education and provides practical guidance for the collectivism education of college students in the new era.
