Graduates' Employment is not only related to the Students' personal development and fortune,but also related to stability and national economic and social development.And to encourage and support entrepreneurship students can become the focus of effective implementation of concern that the impact caused by the policy can not be effective if the good far exceeds the implementation no corresponding incentives.The article focuses on issues of the college students' entrepreneurship policy.The essence of the entrepreneurship policy is to stimulate entrepreneurship.By improving the cultural and institutional factors,using tools to promote entrepreneurial activities.The entrepreneurship policy of college students is aimed at the specific target group of college students.Its purpose is to enhance the entrepreneurial consciousness and ability of college students.At present,the entrepreneurship policy of college students has experienced the four stages of budding,exploration,development and comprehensively promoting.The college students' employment concept has changed greatly.The entrepreneurial activity of college students has been gradually active and the entrepreneurial environment is gradually improving.However,there are some problems in the entrepreneurship policy system.For example,the finance and taxation of college students' entrepreneurship policy range is limited.The policy of entrepreneurship education is backward,and there are some problems in the implementation of the entrepreneurship policy.The reason is that our college students'entrepreneurial incentive policy is utilitarian in the process of formulation and implementation,and China's entrepreneurial environment is not in place.What's more,China's entrepreneurial service system is backward and lack of assessment and evaluation mechanism for the implementation of college students' entrepreneurship policy.The article studies foreign and overseas college students' entrepreneurship policy experience to put forward countermeasures.In the development of college students entrepreneurship policy,we should develop a full range of entrepreneurship education policy,a diversified venture financing policy,multi-channel entrepreneurial training policy and improve the entrepreneurial service policy.In the implementation of college students 'entrepreneurship policy,we should strengthen the propaganda of entrepreneurship policy,perfect the supervision of the implementation of college students' entrepreneurship policy,establish the evaluation mechanism of college students' entrepreneurship policy and perfect the legal guarantee system of college students'entrepreneurship policy.Through this series of research,and then improve the entrepreneurial policy of our college students.
