| Since the reform and opening up,secondary vocational education has been made Many achievements.Moreover,Vocational education and adult education occupation in the " secondary vocational education reform and innovation action plan(2010-2012)" put forward clearly,promote the communication and joins the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,and gradually form a reflection of lifelong education thinking with Chinese characteristics of personnel training overpass.But as the employment situation of secondary vocational school graduates is becoming more and more serious,cause secondary vocational schools under the pressure of employment-oriented transformation into a higher education-oriented.For this reason,secondary vocational school founded the entrance class.The problem of learning behavior of underachiever in entrance class is serious,which has become an important factor to hinder the development of underachievers ’ learning.Vocational education is education for everyone and society as a whole.In the learning society of universal learning and lifelong learning,every member of society should have the ability and conditions of lifelong learning.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the status quo of u n d e r a c h i e v e r learning behavior in secondary vocational school.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.Including the issue proposed,the purpose of research and research significance,literature review and the definition of related concepts.Based on the analysis of existing literature,tEntrance Class,underachiever,classrooms,learning,and classroom learning behaviors are defined.The second part is the observation result of the underachiever classroom learning behaviors in the secondary school graduates.From the five dimensions of preclass preparation,listening behavior,interactive behavior,classroom discipline,and achievement of goals,the learning behavior of survey illustrates the current situation of underachiever learning behaviors.According to the observations,it is found that the problems in classroom learning behaviors of s underachiever mainly include poor preparation of pre-learning classes,lack of preparatory behavior,and slow entry into learning;students are not able to concentrate on lectures and listening to the class;questions are answered in class.Inactive,lack of questioning,and low participation in class discussions;existed in illicit behaviors such as whispering,sleeping,etc.;poor completion of classroom work independently,and fewer people who could achieve classroom learning goals.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the classroom learning behaviors of underachiever in the vocational school for higher education,which mainly includes the self-factors,teacher factors and family factors.The fourth part is based on the problems and the causes of underachiever classroom learning behaviors in secondary vocational school,and proposes reasonable suggestions: students should establish a correct view of learning,change the method of teaching teachers in class,and pay attention to family education. |
