With the knowledge economy, teachers'learning directly decides the development of the vocation career and affects the result of Chinese educational reform. The research has analyzed the motivation, content, method, cost and the strategy of the teachers'learning. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The motivation of teachers' learning is curiosity and interest. Teachers don't care about their career development very much.2. What teachers care more is the practicality of learning. The content what they learn can be divided into 5 types: common knowledge, the knowledge about career development, the use of learning tools, the knowledge about improving life and the knowledge about relaxation.3. Teachers learn from newspapers, books and the Internet as their favorite way.4. In the aspects of gender, school, education, parenting or not, there are notable differences in teachers' learning time in middle school in shanghai. Moreover, in the aspects of marital status and education, there are notable differences in teachers' learning cost.5. The differences of gender, marital status and area will influence the use of learning strategy.The conclusion deepens the study of educational psychology and reference for the different kinds of teachers'training and coaching, and can improve teachers'learning efficiency. In addition, it also offers the important guidance to design teachers'vocation career planning.
