Problems And Countermeasures Of SH Secondary Vocational School Underachiever Transformation

The underachiever transformation problem has been a big problem in the education.The underachiever are the main source,in other words,the main educated objects of the secondary vocational students,and the secondary vocational schools are the place where they mostly gather,so the educators of these schools have to face many questions such as how to educate them to become the man beneficial for society with the excellent professional ethic.This research used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis and other methods.By investigating the underachiever transformation problems of SH secondary vocational school has four aspects: Transformation thought wrong,old transformation method,a single conversion route,transformation process lack of persistence.The cause of the underachiever transformation problems include three aspects: The deviation of teachers' understanding of the underachiever,to improve the quality of teachers,school management mechanism is not sound.Finally it is concluded that secondary vocational school from the transformation of the underachiever countermeasures: The teacher wants to set up the correct education ideas,comprehensive improve teachers' quality,improve the underachiever transformation ability,schools to create the underachiever transformation of scientific management system.This research is combined with the actual situation the underachiever transformation in our school,to a certain extent,achieved the combination of theoretical research and empirical investigation;Subject formed by experience or results will provide a systematic and comprehensive way and pattern for the next class,school management level,will effectively promote the development of students.
