In recent years,entrepreneurship education has not only swept the world.As an internationally integrated country,entrepreneurship education has rapidly entered China.Driven by the information age and the knowledge age,entrepreneurial activities have not only been the driving force for economic growth,but also one of the important contents of creating more jobs for the society and alleviating social employment pressure.Today's innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming the focus of China's colleges and universities.In April 2017,the Central and Long-Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council mentioned the need to establish a sound university innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching practice integration.policy.How to train knowledgeable and talented innovative talents through universities and colleges,focus on the training of high-quality talents and promote economic development in China is the starting point and end result of this study.This research is mainly based on the theory of planned behaviors,contextual learning theory and cooperative learning theory.It uses a combination of literature research and empirical research to systematically sort out and summarize previous research results of innovation entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intentions,Study the relationship between variables,and the interaction mechanism between variables in each dimension,and put forward the theoretical model of this paper.Theory using SPSS21.0 software and Amos17.0 software testing hypotheses in this paper,and delve into the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shanxi province college students entrepreneurial intentions in innovation and entrepreneurial environment background.Specifically,this paper Shanxi university innovation and entrepreneurship education as a starting point to explore the two dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship education: factors affecting the effect of individual and school factors on entrepreneurial intention,adding entrepreneurial skills mediating variables,to explore whether the effect will increase the impact.After the collected data back to the empirical analysis,that innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi province to carry out not very good,the impact on entrepreneurial intention of students is not very strong.Most of the student's entrepreneurial intentions came from my understanding and my own understanding of entrepreneurship.The effect of the school's help was weak.Moreover,many students are not very interested in starting a business.They all want to find a stable job after graduation.Their attraction to entrepreneurship is small,but there are very few male students who plan to start a business.In addition,this study not only constructs a new theoretical model,but also provides an effective solution to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students.The final conclusions of this paper are:(1)Personal factors have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.The positive influence of school factors on entrepreneurial intention in innovation and entrepreneurship education has not been verified.(2)Self-skills did not play an intermediary role in the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention.Another dimension of entrepreneurial skills management and influence skills plays an intermediary role in the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions.(3)The influence of personal factors and school factors on entrepreneurial skills are significant.
