With the development strategy of "improving the capacity of independent innovation,building an innovative country" and "promoting employment through entrepreneurship",and "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is called the "new engine" of the Chinese economy,innovation and entrepreneurship have been risen to the level of national development strategy.In the process of cultivating a national innovation system and creating an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is an important task.Through innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovative and entrepreneurial talents are cultivated to promote the innovative and entrepreneurial activities of the whole society and promote the development of the national economy.The Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have issued a number of guidance documents on innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges.Colleges are also actively responding to the call for innovative exploration and innovation.In the documents issued by the relevant departments of the state,it is pointed out that the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to improve the competency of innovation and entrepreneurship of the talents trained.This paper hopes to explore the specific content of the "innovation and entrepreneurship competencies" in the black box of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,and study the influence of different forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the innovative and entrepreneurial competencies and behavior of college students.It is hoped that the study conclusions of this paper can help to further clarify the goals of innovation and entrepreneurship education,put forward feasible suggestions for the optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and provide guiding conclusions for improving the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Firstly,in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 research subjects,and the competency model of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students was constructed through behavioral event interview method and empirical research method,and prepaire for the next study.Secon dly,based on the literature and field research on a college,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is divided into innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum,innovation and entrepreneurship competition,innovation and entrepreneurship associations and innovation and entrepreneurship support four forms of activity to study;finally,based on empirical research to explore the impact of different forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities on the competencies and behavior of innovation and entrepreneurship.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The competency model of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students consists of three dimensions and ten competencies:the dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship quality,including five competencies of quick thinking,achievement motivation,willpower,independence and self-confidence;the dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,including the four competencies of interpersonal relationship ability,opportunity identification and utilization ability,learning ability and self-management ability;the dimension of innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge,including the competency of professional knowledge.(2)Regarding the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education orn the competency of innovation and entrepreneurship,ixl general,the study finds that innovation and entrepreneurship education has the greatest impact on innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge,followed by the impact on innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the least impact on the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship;In particular,the impact of different forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the competency of innovation and entrepreneurship is different.The innovation and entrepreneurial competition affects the most sub-competency,followed by the innovation and entrepreneurship classroom curriculum and the influence of innovation and entrepreneurship support,while innovation and entrepreneurship lectures and innovation and entrepreneurship associations have less influence on the competency of innovation and entrepreneurship.(3)Regarding the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on innovation and entrepreneurship behavior,the study finds that innovation and entrepreneurship competition,innovation and entrepreneurship associations and innovation and entrepreneurship support in innovation and entrepreneurship education activities can directly have a significant positive impact on innovation and entrepreneurship behavior,while innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum has no significant impact on innovation and entrepreneurship behavior;at the same time,the innovation and entrepreneurial intention plays a mediating role between innovation and entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship behavior.The competency of innovation and entrepreneurship plays a mediating role between innovation and entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship intention.Once again,the importance of cultivating the competency of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship is explained.On the basis of study findings,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for future research directions and problems.
