A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship And Entrepreneurial Intention

As China’s higher education deepening in multi-angels,China’s annual number of fresh graduates graduated in rapid growth every year.In recent years,employment is a difficult problem faced by different level of government,therefore government and enterprises and institutions have joined to solve the problem of the social focus.Due to the limited opportunities and jobs provided by government,more and more cites try to ease employment tension by encouraging self-employment,and the government has also introduced a number of preferential policies to encourage entrepreneurship.No matter in which country,entrepreneurial activities are very important to the national development and national economy,but not all individuals are suitable for entrepreneurship.In the research of the past,with entrepreneurial self-efficacy,risk assessment,policy support and entrepreneurial education as the breakthrough point,the main research object of the article is to probe into the many influence factors of entrepreneurial intention,in order to dig from the background of the college students and provide the basis for policy maker to launch effective entrepreneurial support system and policy.This article embarks from the entrepreneurial spirit,on the basis of previous studies,mainly discusses the entrepreneurial intention and the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship has significant impact on the startup performance,which has been confirmed by scholars.However,there is less research focus on the degree entrepreneurship impacts on entrepreneurial intention,therefore,in the study,this paper establishes a relationship model of entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship,raise hypothesis and statistical analysis by college students questionnaire in 26 provinces,the results showed that:College students’ entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship has significant positive correlation;but the impact of three dimensions of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention is different.The positive influence of the innovation on entrepreneurial intention is not obvious.The entrepreneurial intention can be positively predicted by college students’ entrepreneurship,which means the higher entrepreneurship dimensions’ scores is,the more entrepreneurial intention the students will have.Personal background and environmental factors on the entrepreneurial intention have significant correlation.In particular,the role of environmental factors become more important nowadays.
