The current theme of education reform and development strategy is to adhere to the people-centered center and the full implementation of quality education,requiring students as the center,uphold the people-oriented,health first to know the idea,follow the physical and mental development of students,teachers play a leading role in order to mobilize students The interest and enthusiasm in the teaching process need to follow the students in the common and personality to take teaching methods,which put forward higher demands on the field of physical education.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,experimental method,practice comparison method,logical analysis method and questionnaire survey method.Through the teaching method of basketball teaching in middle school and the step-by-step teaching method,this paper analyzes the effect of ladder teaching method on basketball teaching The resulting impact,the conclusions are:(1)ladder teaching methods in a short period of time on the physical quality of students did not significantly improve.(2)ladder teaching methods to enable students to better understand the sports and master sports skills.(3)ladder teaching method can improve students’ mental health andself-learning ability.(4)ladder teaching method can enhance students’ awareness of sports participation.According to the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward some suggestions on the application of the problem-solving ladder teaching method in the middle school basketball course and other courses:(1)the use of ladder-style teaching methods to be scientific and reasonable before the stratification group,in the student before the stratification,the students to the situation in-depth and meticulous understanding.(2)When the ladder teaching process in the stratification stage,we should pay attention to the psychological changes of students.(3)ladder teaching methods to respect every student,pay attention to individual differences.(4)teachers should play a supervisory role in the teaching process of each stage are observed,the problem is resolved in time to ensure the best teaching results.
