| Basketball is a sport deeply loved by people of all ages in China.Basketball itself has entertainment and fitness.China has officially launched the "small basketball" sport since 2017.With the successful holding of the "small basketball" League in major cities across the country,more and more children have been attracted to participate in the sports training of small basketball.Most of the participating players are 9-10 years old.It is learned from the interview that they have not participated in the training for a long time.It is very important to improve physical fitness and basketball skills at this age.And studies have shown that the athletes with better sensitive coordination quality have better technical performance.By adding agile ladder sensitive coordination training in the warm-up training stage,this study attempts to explore the impact of agile ladder sensitive coordination training on men’s basketball dribbling skills of 9-10-year-old children,and whether it has the same effect or superiority compared with traditional training methods.Research Methods: This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on.In this study,20 male basketball players aged 9-10 years old were used as experimental objects,and the teaching experiment method was used for 8 weeks of Intervention training.The experimental group was based on the agile ladder sensitive coordination training of various footsteps,and the control group was trained with routine training.The experimental results were compared within and between groups.Experimental results:(1)after the experiment,the sensitive coordination quality data of the experimental group and the control group were compared,and it was found that both groups had significant improvement.There was significant difference between the paired test group and the control group(P < 0.05);After the experiment,the data of sensitive coordination quality test between the experimental group &The control group were compared.It was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and other test scores between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After the experiment,in the dribbling skill test,the examination results and technical evaluation results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by independent sample t-test,and all performance indexes showed significant differences(P < 0.05).Research on the influence of agile ladder sensitive coordination training on the dribbling skills of 9-10-year-old male basketball players.Conclusions: 1.Agile ladder sensitive coordination training has significant advantages over conventional training in mastering the dribbling skills of male basketball players.2.Agile ladder sensitive coordination training can effectively improve the sensitive coordination quality of9-10-year-old male basketball players.3.The application of agile ladder sensitive coordination training in the warm-up stage of children’s basketball training has significantly improved the test results of half-time dribble line turn back run of9-10-year-old men’s basketball players.4.Agile ladder sensitive coordination training can improve the standardization of dribbling skills of male basketball players aged9-10. |
