From the initiative to adapt to students’ personality development and social development as the basic starting point, Adhering to the health the first,people-oriented guiding ideology.In this article, through expert interviews, questionnaires, field measurements and mathematical statistics, experiments and other research methods to Mudanjiang Teachers College Students’ Public PE General’s 2014 students and Mudanjiang University, 2015 College Students to Study Object, use "ladder Teaching method" and traditional teaching methods are compared, we can get the following conclusion:1 Laddered teaching method is better than traditional teaching method can effectively inspire the enthusiasm of the student’s sports participation. Attitude towards physical exercise habits, physical exercise, physical exercise behavior of the three dimension movement participation, totally have a good promotion effect for students.2 Laddered teaching method is more effective than traditional teaching methods to develop students’ sports skills. Using ladder teaching method of experimental classes in terms of skill evaluation and the basic skills of basketball superior to the use of traditional teaching that in comparative classes.3 Laddered teaching method and traditional teaching ladder at improving students’ physical health is no significant change.
