As one of the basic qualities of human body,agility plays an important role in physical quality.Through speed,pace,balance,quick start,coordination and dynamic flexibility,we can obtain sensitive quality,explosive force,etc.,it is the comprehensive embodiment of sports quality,sensitive quality directly affects the students of sports movement technology learning and mastering the situation and sports achievements.In this paper,through the experimental method,expert survey method,literature method,mathematical statistics method,four methods for different types of higher vocational students basketball team rope ladder after training effect on the quality of the sensitive experiment intervention and data statistical analysis,this article choose nanjing nanjing railway vocational college students as the object of the experimental intervention,16 basketball team players and divided into experiment group A and group B intervention experiment.In experiment Group A,A rope ladder was applied in the horizontal direction,while in experiment Group B,A rope ladder was applied in the straight direction.The homogeneity between experimental group A and experimental group B was better after analysis before the experiment.After 8 weeks of training:(1)After 8 weeks of rope ladder training in the linear direction,the P values of five sensitive diathlons in group B were significantly improved(P < 0.05)as compared with those before the experiment.It shows that the training of rope ladder in straight line direction can improve the sensitivity quality of experiment Group B.(2)After 8 weeks of horizontal rope ladder exercise in experimental group A,the P values of the five sensitive diathlons were respectively P = 0.014*,P = 0.031*,P= 0.009**,P = 0.001**,and P = 0.000*** compared with those before the experiment(P < 0.05).This shows that the horizontal rope ladder exercise can improve the sensitivity of experimental group A.(3)After 8 weeks to rope ladder practice,experiment after experiment group A and group B in the sensitive test and T test of Illinois P values(P = 0.701,P = 0.643,respectively,two data P values were greater than 0.05,the experiment group A and group B there is no obvious difference(P > 0.05),dribble around marker test,side step,cross quadrant jump repeatedly P values respectively,P = 0.030,P = 0.030,P =0.047,P values are three data is less than 0.05,the experiment group A and group B obvious difference(P < 0.05),which means,The horizontal rope ladder exercise can effectively improve the level of dribbling around markers,repeated side steps and cross quadrant jump compared with the straight rope ladder exercise,but it does not significantly improve the Illinois sensitivity test and T type test.Through the above experiments,the author aims to find out the difference between the linear direction rope ladder exercise and the horizontal direction ropeladder exercise on the sensitive quality,enrich the content of the rope ladder exercise theory,and make it better serve the training.
