| The exchange of teachers in compulsory education is the policy arrangement made by the state in order to promote the balanced development of regional,urban and rural areas and inter school teachers’ resources and maintain social equity.In 2014,the Ministry of Education and other three ministries and commissions issued the Opinions on Promoting the Exchange of Jobs among Head and Teachers of Compulsory Education Schools in Counties(Districts),and clearly stated that it takes3-5 years to institutionalize and normalize teacher exchanges and signify obligations.This marks the compulsory education stage teacher exchanges from try exploring stage to comprehensive promotion.The paper "Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Teachers’ Exchange in Compulsory Education School at County ",based on combing relevant research literature,grasping relevant research trends,and clarifying the significance of teacher communication in county compulsory education schools,selected some junior middle schools and primary schools in T County,Shandong Province,were selected as research objects,and questionnaires and interviews were conducted to identify the objects of teacher exchange.Understanding the realistic state of teacher communication in compulsory education in T County of Shandong Province,from the aspects of the object,frequency,time,method,cognition and actual effect of teacher communication.It reveals that the main factors influencing the exchange of teachers in the compulsory education period are the teacher exchange policy itself,the implementation of teacher communication policy,and the understanding and support of teachers and then put forward the strategic and recommendations for promoting teachers’ exchange at the county compulsory education stage: We should strengthen the "top level design",optimize the policy system of teacher communication,improve the working mode,create a good internal and external environment for teachers to exchange,improve the implementation mechanism of teachers’ communication policy,enhance the effectiveness of teachers’ communication,make multiple policies and innovate teachers’ communication methods,respect the main position of teachers and stimulate teachers’ responsibility and sense of mission. |
