Research On Teacher Exchange In Compulsory School

Teachers Exchange is the reconfigure process of teacher resources between different regions and different schools, which is of great significance to promote the balanced development of compulsory education. This paper uses the literature method and survey method, to understand the basic situation of Teacher Exchange in compulsory schools.The full text will be divided into three parts except the introduction:The first part is an overview of Teacher Exchange in compulsory schools. It starts with the significance expanding respectively from it is helpful to improve the quality of school education, alleviate the occupation burnout of teachers, and promote the balanced development of compulsory education on the basis of definition of Teacher Exchange,; then review the changes of Teacher Exchange policies in our country,mainly including the changes in policy's content, objectives,and measures, at the same time, investigate the effective achievements and the new problems arising in the pollicies implementation process .The second part is the investigation of the current situation of Teacher Exchange in compulsory schools. The first is the design of this study. The second is the analysis of Teacher Exchange's basic situation in compulsory schools,including the samples' basic characteristics,the specific circumstances in the exchange,and their understanding, acceptance and satisfaction degree of the exchange policy. The third is the analysis of the main problems during the exchange, combined with interview data, respectively from the three aspects of exchange policy, schools and teachers.The third part is the suggestions of how to further promote the implementation of Teacher Exchange. Aiming at the existing problems and their reasons, this paper puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: Make scientific draft of Teacher Exchange policy,promote schools' independent development,and improve the overall quality of teacher resources.
