Research On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Private Elderly Care Institutions In M City Of A Province

At this stage,the number of elderly population in China continues to increase and the growth rate is accelerating.Obviously,China has begun to face the practical problem of population aging,which means that the pressure on pension in China will continue to increase for a long time in the future.At the same time,we can see that private pension institutions,as an indispensable force in the socialized pension model,will occupy an important position in the development of pension undertakings in the future,and their role can not be ignored.However,at present,the development of the pension model of private institutions in China is not yet mature,and various services are still in the exploratory stage.In this regard,fully aware of the current situation of the contradiction between supply and demand of private elderly care institutions in China,it is very necessary to continuously strengthen research and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of private elderly care institutions.This paper takes the private pension institutions in M city of a province as the research object,based on the pension service demand and satisfaction of the elderly,through field observation,face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey,deeply observes and analyzes the current supply and demand situation of private pension institutions in M city of a province from the perspective of supply and demand.The main survey contents include the number of beds,medical security services,spiritual comfort services,environmental conditions Hardware facilities,etc.Finally,the survey found that at present,there are serious structural contradictions in the supply and demand of private elderly care institutions in M city of a province,which are mainly manifested in the oversupply of beds,the low quality and insufficient number of nursing staff,the disconnection between service content and actual demand,and the contradiction between high institutional fees and low income of the elderly.In this regard,based on the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the contradiction between supply and demand,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects.
