Study On The Improvement Of Supervision Effectiveness Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Team Dispatched By P City

Since the 19 th CPC national congress,the communist party of China(CPC)has revised the party constitution in part,followed by new amendments to the rules on disciplinary action,less than three years after the last amendment.With the timely introduction of the supervision law,the commission of supervision was set up to promote the rule of law in all aspects,achieve full coverage of discipline inspection and supervision,and continue to carry out the anti-corruption work in depth,which shows the party and country’s confidence and determination to continue to build a clean government and resolutely win the fight against corruption.Article 11 of the supervision law stipulates the responsibilities of the supervisory commissions for supervision,investigation and disposal.Whether it is the party discipline inspection organ or the state supervisory organ,the first duty is to do a good job in supervision.How to fulfill the supervision responsibilities and give full play to the role of the institutions accredited for discipline inspection and supervision as the commission for discipline inspection and the commission for supervision of the antenna is the focus of this paper.This paper USES the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and interview to grasp the problems existing in the current discipline inspection and supervision team in P city.To summarize the problems,find out the deficiencies of supervision,analyze the causes,and propose solutions based on the knowledge of principal-agent theory and two-factor theory,so as to effectively change the supervision efficiency of the dispatched discipline inspection team.To transform thoughts,provide institutional guarantee,and select more young talents.Gradually improve the construction of the dispatched institutions for discipline inspection and supervision in P city,Giving better play to the supervisory function of the discipline inspection team,It provides a theoretical basis for P city to make outstanding contributions to building a clean and upright political atmosphere.
