Research On The Performance Efficiency Of Grassroots Discipline Inspection And Supervision Agencies

The 19 th Party Congress pointed out that the reform of the national supervision system should be strengthened,the supervision of Party committees at all levels should be enhanced,and stationed supervision should be used as a "probe" to make it an important means of Party supervision and national supervision,so that Party regulations and national laws can be effectively aligned.Stationed supervision is a form of supervision with Chinese characteristics.As the "outpost" and "probe" of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission in the institutions where they are stationed,discipline inspection and supervision personnel are always on the front line of anti-corruption and discipline control,and their ability to perform their duties has a significant impact on our anti-corruption work and style construction.The public services of the society involve all aspects,including Social public services involve all aspects,including compulsory education,public health care,social security,labor force unemployment and training,environmental protection,public infrastructure,social security and social safety,which are closely related to people’s quality of life,the stability,development and prosperity of the country,the foundation of our governance,and the credibility of the government.Therefore,the effect of supervision of party and government organs and institutions involved in various livelihood services by the assigned discipline inspection and supervision agencies directly affects the lives of the general public and the people’s trust in the government,so the good performance of the effectiveness of the grassroots discipline inspection and supervision agencies is an important political guarantee for social governance by the grassroots government.This paper analyzes the current situation of the performance effectiveness of discipline inspection and supervision agencies in Y district from the theories related to public management,introduces the basic situation,working mechanism and main effectiveness of the agencies,and analyzes three main problems in the performance effectiveness of the grassroots discipline inspection and supervision agencies in Y district: the staffing of the agencies is not strong,the supervisory and disciplinary capacity of the agencies is not high,and the supervisory motivation of the cadres in the agencies is not high,which These problems are caused by the lack of rich working methods of the stationed agencies,the weak construction of the stationed cadres,and the unsound assessment and incentive mechanism.In the light of the actual situation in Y district,the author proposes specific suggestions to strengthen the cadres of discipline inspection and supervision agencies and to strengthen the incentive role of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,such as building an information platform for grassroots discipline inspection and supervision,expanding the sources of clues,forming a closed loop for discipline inspection and supervision,and strengthening the awareness of supervision responsibility of the agencies,in order to improve the effectiveness of the grassroots discipline inspection and supervision agencies in performing their duties.
