Research On The Reform Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Accrediate Agency

As an important part of the discipline inspection and supervision organs in China,discipline inspection and supervision accredited agencies play an important role in preventing corruption and strengthening supervision.However,due to various obstacles in system design and actual operation,there are deficiencies in the independence,authority,professionalism,coverage,and cadres of the discipline inspection and supervision accredited agencies,which restricts the development of the supervision force.This paper mainly discusses the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision accredited angencies.Firstly,the research background,the origin and value of the topic,and the research status of scholars at home and abroad are discussed.Secondly,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the establishment of the discipline inspection and supervision accredited agencies,introduces the emergence and development of the accredited agencies,and "point accredited agency"and "piece accredited agency" which are two common modes of accredited agencies.Thirdly,taking the reform of Hangzhou Yuhang District discipline inspection and supervision accredited agencies as the research sample,this paper analyzes and compares the existing problems in the management system of accredited agencies in Yuhang district.Finally,based on the background of the national supervision system reform,in order to play a better role in institutions,this paper proposes the direction of reform in Yuhang unified management system,the new architecture endows the accredited agency organization,personnel management,finance,legal power,performance evaluation mechanism.
