| The adjustment and change of China’s rural economic structure and production and management methods since the reform and opening up have led to serious division of rural social strata and diversification of peasant interests,and many crises have arisen,which has brought new difficulties to rural development.In this case,there is an urgent need for A new type of rural governance model.Deliberative democracy has emerged under such circumstances,providing a new solution to the current difficulties faced by rural governance.Since the deliberative democracy has been placed in the rural governance system since the 21st century,it has achieved initial results in promoting the development and construction of rural areas in China,and has become an important way to promote rural governance.At the same time,however,there are still a series of problems in the process of promoting democratic governance through deliberative democracy,such as insufficient consultation procedures,low enthusiasm for village participation,and insufficient government push.The research in this paper mainly uses the Wenchang City Village Democracy Consultation as a case study to explore how to make the grassroots negotiate democracy at the same time as the current deliberative democratic system is highly dependent on the integration ability and promotion degree of the local governance system.The institutionalization process can operate sustainably and effectively,and play a role in promoting the democratic process in the process of rural governance.By summarizing the specific practices and achievements of the Wenchang City Village Democracy Consultation in the process of promoting rural governance,based on the actual situation of rural development,and focusing on the predicament faced by rural governance,it is analyzed how to pass the grassroots deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics.Building and promoting rural governance in China will provide new ideas and lessons for rural governance in China. |
