With the development of social modernization,and aging phenomenon becomes more and more serious,residents put forward many demands for community services.And because of many government functions have been delegated to community,community work has more and more tasks,and it plays a more and more role.In modern society,people all advocate to build a harmonious community,which will require the joint efforts of the relevant department,the street,the community worker and the residents,and the community work can provide the residents timely help and service.And due to the needs of the development of work,many young college students to join the community work,they can quickly adapt to community work and improve work efficiency,but also appeared a lot of problems,including:because of the workers are generally younger,and the proportion of men and women is uneven,and most of them have mot studied the relevant professional knowledge of the community and have not community work experience,they can't fully understand the basic situation of the community quickly;and they can't find better way to solve community problems;and they haven't a clear work plan;and they haven't pioneering spirit;and they lack of communication skills.And because the community staff will gradually become an indispensable team,but some problems such as the salary of staff has not a reasonable system to protect,and the community has more harder work,but the worker has not overtime pay,and the reason of social recognition low,it makes the street facing the situation of brain drain.In order to solve these problems,and make community can develop better,the street committee uses the performance management,and hoping it not only can improve the work efficiency but also enhance the service consciousness.This article by means of literature induction,case analysis,questionnaire and interview,through the T street performance management study,find that the performance management system has some problems,including:the performance management goal simplicity;the managers subjectivity and despecialization;the imperfection of performance appraisal process and the performance appraisal results inflexibility.And put forward some corresponding solutions,including:Elaborate the performance management goal;the managers are objectified and specialized;performance appraisal process is improved and the results are flexibly.The construction of community work personnel team will effect the efficiency of community work largely,therefore,if we can have a more reasonable performance management,it can make the street find the problems of workers quickly,and it also can further strengthen the community team construction,improve the community workers constraints,incentives,competition mechanism,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of community workers,and master more correct methods of community work to solve social problems,and at the same time the community worker can have more clear goal with their own career planning.In the long run,the worker will take the initiative to join the residents,and to understand the resident difficulties and problems,and make efforts to create a harmonious community environment.
