The performance evaluation of public sector personnel,which is increasingly accepted by the public sector,is one of the most important means for the management of personnel in the public sector.In our country,the community is the link that connects the government and the society effectively,and it is the most basic public service and management department;community workers are the most basic public service providers,and they are the living strength of the community.Conducting in-depth exploration of performance evaluation of community workers is conducive to promoting scientific,standardized,and institutionalized personnel work in the community,thereby stimulating the overall vitality of the community workforce,thereby promoting the orderly development of community work and creating a positive community atmosphere.In this paper,the performance evaluation system of community workers in Shihezi City is studied based on the actual situation of Shihezi community workers.Based on a systematic review and analysis of the community workers and their work status and performance assessment related theories,this article firstly applies performance management theory,Marxist theory of personnel management and other related theories to demonstrate the necessity of the performance evaluation of Shihezi community workers.Sex.Secondly,the basic situation and basic work of the current community workers in Shihezi City are described,and the background for the performance assessment of the community workers in Shihezi City is provided.The community workers since the “Jucize Community” in Shihezi City are systematically summarized.The course of performance appraisal analyzed the current status of performance appraisal of community workers in Shihezi City.Thirdly,innovatively using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,digging deep into the current problems in the performance evaluation of community workers in Shihezi City,and analyzing and summarizing the causes of the problems based on survey data and interview information.Finally,a performance appraisal plan from the company was introduced,and a relatively complete performance appraisal system for community workers in Shihezi City was optimized and designed.The plan preparation,performance appraisal implementation process,and performance appraisal results and feedback before performance appraisal were systematically combined.A complete,sustainable and stable performance appraisal system.For the indicators of performance appraisal,a description method for classification was adopted,and two different community workers,community leaders and general community workers,were identified and assigned weights after optimization.The innovations are as follows: First,a recyclable performance appraisal system has been introduced into the performance assessment of community workers.Through the integration of the three phases of design preparation stage,implementation stage,and result feedback stage of performance appraisal,the article will work in the Shihezi community.The performance appraisal system has been designed as a tightly rectifiable circulatory system;second,on the basis of the government ' s community-based policy in Shihezi City,the government has clearly defined the role of the government in the performance assessment of community workers in Shihezi City.The performance appraisal team implements and supervises the entire performance appraisal of Shihezi community workers;the third is the introduction of effective concepts and methods for current enterprise performance appraisal,and re-optimizes the performance appraisal system in light of the specific conditions of the communities in Shihezi City.The introduction of appraisal methods is an innovation point in the personnel management of the grass-roots community.For the application of appraisal results,the design plan clearly clarifies the feedback mechanism and application of performance appraisal results.Fourth,a qualitative and quantitative research method is used.The current domestic research Community workers performance assessment related issues Most offer pure qualitative research methods,this study questionnaires and interviews taken a combination of help to further deepen the depth and breadth of the research community worker performance appraisal.
