Community Workers’ Exploration Of Improving Residents’ Community Participation In Strategy

With the gradual reform of Chinese economic and social management system,especially after the idea of "social governance system innovation" on the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,community governance has become more and more important in the social governance system.Residents as the main body of community governance,the participation of whom have very important impact on the outcome of community governance.At present,the involvement of residents in the community activities is not so much,meanwhile the community workers are lack of effective strategies and methods to promote their participation.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the level of community governance and social governance system innovation.participation consciousness is weak,community and the interests of the correlation is low,low self-efficacy of residents of community participation,community residents’ committees can provide residents with limited resources is to interfere with community workers to improve the main factors influencing residents’ community participation;Courses in participation ability,innovation,the consultation mechanism,hatch community autonomy organization,development of participatory projects is one of the important strategy community workers improve residents’ community participation and the method.The conclusions of this study will help to improve the ability and enthusiasm of community workers to enhance the participation of community residents in the process of practice,and improve the theory of community participation.Due to my lack of experience and time,no matter in the Q community to participate in the follow-up study of the project or the collation and analysis of research materials,there are many areas need to be improved.This study is divided into 6 parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background,research questions,practical and theoretical significance of the research,proposing the idea of promoting the community workers in community participation strategies and methods encountered difficulties and its coping,hinder the community workers promote the residents of community participation in institutional factors and improvement ideas for the study of problems;the second part is the literature review,literature analysis respectively from the aspects of community change,community development,community governance,community participation and community participation in the technology and methods of research,summarizes the existing research achievements on community participation and the lack of clear focus of this study is to improve the strategies and methods of community participation of residents;the third part is the research design,mainly from the theoretical framework,research method,research object,research method,data collection The method is described in terms of research design,with rational choice theory as the theoretical framework of this study,select the method of case study,the Q community participatory project follow-up research;the fourth part is the research found that from the community workers in promoting community participation strategies and methods of the difficulties and its coping in two aspects description research after the discovery of the data collection and analysis;the fifth part is the research discussion,mainly for hindering community workers to promote the factors of residents of community participation in the system level to explore further discussion;the sixth part is the conclusion,besides a brief description of the research findings and discussion in conclusion,also introduces the limitations of this study.
