The community,as the basic organization of social management,bears all kinds of social problems brought about by our country's economic and social transformation.The role of the community in maintaining social stability,promoting social harmonious development,providing diversified public services and improving people's living standards is becoming more and more obvious.Community workers are the organizers and Implementers of community building and development.However,compared with developed countries and regions,community work has not been widely recognized in China at present,and the management method for community workers still stays at the personnel management stage,which is not conducive to the professional stability and long-term development of community workers.Through the research on the performance appraisal of 202 hospital community staff in Shenyang city,combined with the knowledge of human resources theory and public management theory,this paper explores and studies the performance appraisal of 202 hospital community staff in Shenyang city,and analyzes its shortcomings.We will try to establish a performance appraisal for 202 hospital community workers in Shenyang,encourage community workers to improve their working methods and methods,improve their ability,sense of responsibility,sense of honor and enthusiasm for work,and change some unreasonable parts of the current performance appraisal.In order to promote the performance evaluation of 202 hospital community staff in Shenyang City to a more reasonable and scientific direction.Establish the professional ideal of serving the residents wholeheartedly and devote themselves to community service at all times.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter of the introduction,the main contents include:put forward the background,purpose and significance of the thesis;The review and brief evaluation of domestic and foreign research literature;Research methods,ideas and framework of the thesis.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and the basis of the research theory.The concept definition includes:community,community staff,and performance assessment.The theoretical basis includes:KPI theory,360 degree performance evaluation theory,and target management theory.Cheeky.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the performance evaluation of 202 hospital community staff in Shenyang,the main contents include;Introduction to 202 hospital Community in Shenyang City;202 hospital Community staff representation;202 hospital existing staff performance assessment in the hospital community;Through the questionnaire survey to obtain 202 hospital community staff to the current performance assessment system satisfaction information;Based on the collected data and information,the author finds out the main problems and the reasons of the current 202 hospital community managers performance appraisal system.Chapter four,the improvement of the performance appraisal system of community workers,the main contents include:transforming the old thinking of community workers;Scientific development of 202 hospital community staff assessment plans;Strengthen communication and feedback;We will improve the corresponding supporting systems.Chapter VIConclusion.Cheeky.
