| With the diversification of criminal means,the security situation in rural areas of China is increasingly severe.In order to strengthen the governance of rural security environment and build a harmonious society,China began to implement the policy of "one auxiliary police in one village" in 2016 and attract a large number of personnel to join the auxiliary police force.The implementation of the policy of "one village,one auxiliary police" not only injected new blood into the police force,but also alleviated the shortage of police force and greatly improved the situation of public security in rural areas.While relieving the social security situation,the increasing number of auxiliary police brings new challenges to the management of auxiliary police.The contradictions of low salary and low occupational security are increasingly prominent,which greatly affect the professional identity of auxiliary police.As an important part of public security,the professional identity of auxiliary police is not only related to the stability of the public security team,but also affects the long-term stability of the society.At present,there are many literatures on the study of occupational identity,but only a few of them take auxiliary police as the research subject.In dongkou county in hunan province and auxiliary police officers as the research object of this study,around the dongkou county in hunan province of the auxiliary police professional identity and ascending strategy this main line,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis of research methods,to determine the meaning and dimensions of the auxiliary police professional identity,and with the aid of statistical software for his professional esteemed and main influence factors for quantitative analysis.The analysis results show that :(1)the professional identity of auxiliary police in dongkou county is at a good level,among which the level of professional behavior dimension is the highest,and the level of professional emotion dimension is the lowest;(2)the occupational identity of the auxiliary police in dongkou county is affected by many factors,among which the monthly income level,working environment andatmosphere,and family support degree of the auxiliary police have a significant impact on the occupational identity of the auxiliary police in dongkou county.Based on the above quantitative research conclusions,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the occupational identity of auxiliary police in dongkou county from six aspects: strengthening cultural construction,establishing the salary and treatment of auxiliary police,improving the occupational security of auxiliary police,creating a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere,holding regular family exchange meetings,and establishing a compatible auxiliary police personnel system. |
