Based on the theories of effectiveness of classroom teaching,the author summarizes the current problems in the international Chinese classroom teaching and explores the factors affecting the effectiveness of online international Chinese language teaching by analyzing its problems through the practice and observation of the preparatory class of Bracu University in Bangladesh,so as to improve the effectiveness of online international Chinese language teaching.The first part is the introduction of the thesis.Mainly through the analysis of the current international Chinese online classroom teaching,it expounds the importance of online classroom teaching,analyzes the current situation of international Chinese online classroom teaching,and presents the current problems.In the second part,the author investigates the current status of the effectiveness of international Chinese online classroom teaching in the preparatory class of Bracu University in Bangladesh.It is found that although the teaching goal has been achieved through one semester of classroom teaching,the effect is unsatisfactory.The author analyzes and summarizes the teacher's "teaching" and the student's "learning" respectively,and concludes that the effectiveness of online classroom teaching at Bracu University in Bangladesh is mainly due to insufficient online teaching experience of teachers,vague teaching goals,untimely feedback,and lack of Chinese language learning for students.Based on the causes of a series of problems analyzed in the investigation,the author puts forward five suggestions to improve the effectiveness of online classroom teaching of international Chinese.Firstly,the relevant management departments should provide online Chinese language training to online Chinese teachers in advance before teaching students.Secondly,teachers and management departments have to communicate comprehensively before the lesson begins,and then formulate achievable teaching goals.Thirdly,the teachers can use some different online channel.Fourthly,teachers and students can make good use of the rich teaching resources in the network.Fifthly,teachers can combine the teaching content and the characteristics of students' personalities,properly adjust the network teaching methods,create a reasonable teaching situation,and build an interactive learning environment.In the conclusion part,the author summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this study,hoping that the strategies and suggestions put forward in the study can bring some constructive enlightenment to the teachers and scholars struggling in the international Chinese online teaching.
