In the process of cultivating a master’s degree in Chinese international education,practical teaching is crucial to cultivating students’ ability,which affects students’ employment choices to some extent.However,because the subject is still in the development stage,there are still some confusions in this aspect.Problem that needs to be solved urgently.The author combines the surveys and interviews of the master’s students of Chinese international education in five universities in Guangzhou—Zhongshan University,Jinan University,South China Normal University,Guangdong University of Foreign Studies,and Guangzhou University,through the practice of Chinese international education master students in other universities.When comparing the teaching situation and employment situation,it is found that:First of all,the lack of methods or methods of practical teaching directly affects the cultivation of students’ innovative practical ability.Secondly,according to the survey and analysis of the practical teaching and employment situation of the students of the five universities,the Chinese International Education Master students still have to target Sexual teaching ability,foreign language ability and other aspects are further improved,perfecting their own ability and enhancing employment competitiveness in the process of practical teaching;summarizing and analyzing the above problems and the results of investigations and interviews,the author puts forward suggestions: from perfecting practical teaching links and some practices The curriculum is set up to improve the talent training mechanism,so that it can closely integrate with the students’ comprehensive ability and enhance the employment competitiveness of students.This thesis consists of four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin of research,the significance of research,the research methods,the summary of previous research results,and the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is mainly about the practical teaching of master students in international education in Guangzhou.The survey and the results of the survey are analyzed.The third chapter is mainly about the results of the survey and interviews on the employment situation of the master students of international education in Guangzhou.The fourth chapter is about how to improve the practical teaching model and guide the promotion of the master’s degree in international education in Guangzhou.Comprehensive ability and literacy,including employment competitiveness,provide services for career choice and employment,and propose to improve the talent training mechanism by improving curriculum and practical teaching content,increase overseas internship opportunities to guide students to go abroad for employment,and practice teaching through practice.The accumulated knowledge and experience are self-employed and other solutions. |
