Since the major of Chinese international education has not been established for a long time,the graduates of this major still have some problems in employment,which limits the long-term development of this major.The author investigates the employment of 2012-2016 graduates of the master of Chinese international education in a university in kunming,and puts forward some specific reference strategies for improving the employment rate of the master of Chinese international education.There are five chapters in this paper:The first chapter is the investigation and design of the employment status of MTCSOL.There are five chapters in this article: the introduction part is about the topic selection,research significance,research status and methods;Chapter 1 is the survey design of the current employment status of the MTCSOL;Chapter 2 is the data collation of the survey on the current employment status of MTCSOL;Chapter 3 The main problems for the employment of MTCSOL majors;Chapter IV related strategies for increasing the employment rate of MTCSOL.Through analysis,it is found that the top six data of the employment units of MTCSOL majors of Yunnan University after graduation are primary and secondary education units,private enterprises,higher education units,state-owned enterprises,civil servants and institutions and Chinese international teacher volunteers.It can be seen that the employment for primary and secondary education units is the mainstream,and the degree of professional counterpart employment is low.The training of this major does not have a significant impact on the employment of graduates;Regarding employment,it is an effective method for individuals to give full play to their subjective initiative to increase the employment rate of the master’s degree in Chinese international education.The training goal of the MTCSOL is for overseas education and teaching talents,but the actual employment situation is mainly domestic.Most graduates do not choose to work overseas after graduation.The form of employment is still grim.One is that there is a certain gap between the employmentdirection and the training target of the Chinese language education major.The second is that individuals,schools and society are insufficiently prepared for countermeasures.In addition,this major requires joint efforts from all aspects,and the school and society take corresponding measures Strategies to jointly improve the employment quality of the Master of Chinese International Education.
