With the fast development of China's foreign trade,the demand for business English talents in the market is increasing.The Business English major in secondary vocational schools also undertakes the delivery of students with comprehensive skills to the society including both language foundation and business knowledge.However,during the internship at Z School,the author finds that the problem behaviors of secondary vocational students in business English classes are more common,and the effect of business English learning is not good,which is far from the training goal of the major.Therefore,this study is based on the current situation of business English classroom behaviors of students in Z vocational school,trying to summarize the reasons and putting forward effective countermeasures to the behavioral problems of secondary vocational students in business English classroom.This study first uses the literature method to analyze the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on classroom problem behavior and classroom management,define relevant core concepts,and provide theoretical basis for subsequent investigations.Class observation,questionnaire and interview methods are used in the survey.Among them,the objective data is obtained from the classroom observation and the questionnaire method,and the subjective and deep data is obtained from the interview.According to this analysis,the causes of the business English classroom behavior of the secondary vocational students are analyzed.Based on educational practice,combined with relevant theories,and comprehensive analysis of the collected data,this study finds that the behavioral problems of business English classrooms of secondary vocational students are universal,persistent and unique,and the explicit problem behavior directly affects the classroom order,whereas implicit problem behavior directly affects the teaching effect.In view of this,this study puts forward the following reasons: students' self-management ability is low,lack of learning objectives;teachers' education missteps lead to students' classroom problem behaviors;bad environment induces students' classroom problem behaviors.Finally,the following countermeasures are proposed around students,teachers and the environment: helping students to clarify learning objectives,improve their self-management skills,improve their comprehensive skills,improve the environment,and integrate superior resources.
