| The scientific excellence of teaching design directly determines the teaching effect of teachers and the learning efficiency of students.During the author’s internship in S secondary vocational school,through the observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method found that students have their own reasonable needs for learning.Therefore,whether the teaching design of teachers is in line with the requirements of the teaching standards issued by the State,on the basis of teaching design as a theory,taking into account the needs of their own students,the reasonable demand as a teaching design in the scope of consideration is a topic of interest to the author.It can guarantee the later teaching content organization is more scientific,more can embody the student-centered education idea.In turn,the teaching effect and students ’ learning efficiency can be guaranteed.In this thesis,the Business English teachers and students of S secondary vocational school are investigated,and the investigation and research are carried out by using literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Based on and based theory,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the students,graduates and some business English teachers in business English,and finds out the reasonable needs of students in different aspects,Then it analyzes and studies the problems that teachers have in the design of business English classroom teaching,such as the imbalance of teaching target structure,the unreasonable arrangement of teaching content,the improper choice of teaching methods and the one-sided teaching evaluation way.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for teachers to optimize the structure of teaching objectives,the content of scientific organization teaching,the rational choice of teaching strategies and the improvement of teaching evaluation system.The purpose of this proposal is to make more business English teaching teachers in secondary vocational schools pay more attention to the needs of students,so that teaching design is more perfect and scientific,and then improve teaching efficiency. |
