Along with the economic globalization and the development of vocational education,the development of vocational education is facing great opportunities,secondary vocational education as one of the main body of vocational education,shoulders the important task,secondary vocational education to cultivate a large number of high-quality skilled talents,so English curriculum development has become a crucial step,especially in order to develop business on talent,also increased the international English professional school learning,but these secondary vocational school international English talent can meet the needs of the society,is depend on the condition of the teacher's teaching,and the influence of teaching effect is good or bad which is depend of the classroom teaching design,classroom teaching design in teacher development is most important,student development has an important role,reasonable design of classroom teaching can make the teaching of the parts in a certain order and planning,it is very important for school teaching.English classroom teaching design is also the micro-level of teaching design.At the same time,the quality of English classroom teaching design will also affect the final learning effect of students,and whether students can meet the social requirements for English professionals after employment.The author found that students majoring in international business were not very interested in English learning when they interned in Dalian S technical secondary school.English classes are so boring that they hardly communicate with teachers.Through the observation of teachers,it is found that there are many problems in the elements of teachers' teaching design,which also affect the effect and interest of students in learning English.Therefore,this study takes the classroom teaching design text of English teachers in Dalian S technical secondary school affiliated to as the research object,and adopts the observation method,literature research method,text analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.English first observe the secondary vocational school teachers' lessons and teaching situation,including the aim of teaching,task of learning,strategies of teaching and evaluation of teaching,based on this,about 100 secondary vocational English teachers' teaching design are analyzed,and find out the characteristics of English teachers in Englishclassroom teaching design exist the following problems: first,Inaccurate expression of teaching objectives;Second,the teaching strategies and contents are unequal;Third,the concept of teaching method is vague and single.The following three reasons are summarized.In the end,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for these problems and reasons.The main contribution of this study is to explore the classroom teaching design of English to further meet the requirements of students and employers.Through the analysis of the actual teaching design text,the problems in the classroom teaching design are found,and further optimization measures are proposed,which will help improve the quality of international English classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,improve students' interest in English,and improve the practicality of English.It is also hoped that the study of this paper can provide reference and help for the classroom teaching design of secondary vocational schools.provide references and help for the teaching evaluation of teachers majoring in English in Dalian secondary vocational schools,and at the same time enrich relevant studies on the existing problems in the classroom teaching evaluation of English in secondary vocational schools in China.
