| With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the internet of things technology,our country has entered a new technology characterized by digital,intelligence and information revolution.The innovation of technology has a certain degree of impact on the art profession,both in terms of teacher teaching concepts and teaching behaviour.Continuously changing to higher-level,open,and conversational classrooms,the overall structure of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior is also undergoing subtle changes.Affected by various subjective and objective factors,there are still many inefficient or ineffective teacher teaching behaviors in the art classroom teaching of secondary vocational schools,which has greatly hindered the development of secondary vocational arts.However,there have been few discussions on classroom teaching behaviors of art teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this article intends to carry out analysis and improvement of classroom teaching behaviors of art teachers in secondary vocational schools.This study first theoretically explores the concepts related to teachers ’teaching behaviors,clarifies the connotation of teachers’ classroom teaching behaviors,and determines the three dimensions and ten indicators of classroom teaching behavior analysis of teachers in secondary vocational arts through literature analysis and expertconsultation.Teachers ’main teaching behaviors(narration,presentation,guidance,encouragement,requirements),teacher-student interaction behaviors(response behavior,role-playing),and students’ independent learning behaviors(group collaboration,independent practice)are used as the basis for later research.The second part is the status survey.This research adopts a sampling survey method to randomly select two secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province to investigate the classroom teaching behavior of the two secondary vocational art majors.The research method used is mainly classroom observation.The main methods are interview method,interview method and questionnaire method.The author made a comparative analysis of the classroom teaching behaviors of teachers of art appreciation courses,professional skills courses,and transcription courses in the art major courses,and selected four teachers of professional courses for interviews.Finally,they were distributed to 240 art students.A paper questionnaire aimed at investigating teachers’ classroom teaching behaviors in art majors.This clarifies the problems existing in the classroom teaching behaviors of art teachers in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the main factors that affect teachers’ teaching behaviors.Finally,it is suggested that secondary vocational schools improve the teaching system from the aspects of constructing teaching behavior standards,organizing teacherinspection training and teacher teaching behavior training.At the teacher level,teachers should strengthen the study of educational theory,increase the awareness of reflection and research,and broaden the teaching feedback.Realize the diagnosis and reform of teaching behavior problems,and finally achieve the goal of standardizing teachers’ teaching behaviors,and urge teachers to develop good teaching habits. |
