Under the tide of economic globalization,countries have vigorously developed foreign trade,and more foreign trade enterprises are in urgent need of high-quality business talents who can easily handle international business activities.They are able to use English flexibly to communicate with their customers.How enterprises survive in this highly developed society depends largely on how the staff specialize in the business English.Business English exists as an important communication tool in business communication,negotiation and other activities.However,secondary vocational schools in our country pay more attention to the cultivation of business talents than to the cultivation of students' communication ability.The choice of teaching materials of business English,the arrangement of teaching hours and the English background of students have greatly influenced the interest in business English.How the teachers choose teaching methods and arrange classroom activities will also affect the effectiveness of teaching.If students cannot get useful knowledge and skills in class,they will not be able to become high-quality business talents.The higher the efficiency of classroom teaching is,the more favorable it is to cultivate high-quality talents.The effective classroom insists on taking students as the main body in the classroom,so that the efficiency of the classroom can be improved effectively.This theory has been widely adopted by western countries and China.Based on this,this paper gives the proper suggestions and strategies of improving the efficiency of business English class of secondary vocational school aiming at the present situation and problems in the class.By means of literature research,empirical and normative analysis,interviews and questionnaires,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of the current situation and main problems of business English classroom teaching of secondary vocational school,then propose some strategies.It is of modern significance to improve the efficiency of the business English class in secondary vocational schools and to cultivate highquality business talents.
