In the report of the 19th CPC national congress in 2017."rural revitalization" was proposed,and the issue of rural development became a national strategy.Rural elite culture is an important part of local culture.It not only has the cultural elements of traditional rural elite in history,but also has the subjective initiative of contemporary new rural elite talents,has many aspects of value for the rural revitalization.The research on the rural elite culture is based on the historical inheritance and also the realistic need.However,there are few researches on the combination of rural elite culture and rural revitalization,and most of them focus on "rural governance","socialist core values",ignoring the cultural value and economic value.Based on this background,this paper stalls from the cultural value and economic value of rural elite culture,combines with the cultural and industrial revitalization in the rural revitalization,studies the development power and function mechanism of the rural elite culture in the rural revitalization,and thus exploring the inheritance and application path of the rural elite culture in the rural revitalization.The first chapter is the analysis of concept and present situation.This chapter analyzes the connotation of the squire and rural elite,traditional rural elite and new rural elite,rural elite and the celebrity,and introduces the historical transmutation of rural elite as well as the type of rural elite under the different standards.On this basis.it is concluded that rural elite culture is an excellent ethical culture,model culture and public culture.It also summarizes the current situation of rural elite culture and points out the achievements and problems in the process of its inheritance and application.The second chapter is dynamic analysis.Through the analysis of the current policy on rural elite culture and the evolution of the rural policy after reform and opening up,the relationship between rural elite culture and the Chinese excellent traditional culture,the current rural imdustry situation,old and new kinetic energy conversion requirements,the development trend of rural tourism,especially the rural cultural tourism,it is concluded that rural elite culture policy,culture,industry development power,the three driving forces jointly promote the role of rural elite culture in rural revitalization.It provides the feasibility for the inheritance and application of rural elite culture.The third chapter is mechanism analysis.The chapter mainly analyzes the principle of the role of rural elite culture in the revitalization of rural culture and industry.In the aspect of cultural revitalization,starting from the connotation of cultural resources,it is concluded that rural elite culture mainly includes historical and cultural resources.realistic and public cultural resources,to promote the development of rural cultural undertakings through public cultural services and cultural industries.In terms of industrial revitalization,the paper analyzes the main economic functions of rural elite culture from the perspective of functionalism.Furthermore,it leads out the triple connotations of the rural economy endowed by the rural elite culture,that is,cultural industry,cultural empowerment and cultural consciousness,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.The fourth chapter is the inheritance and application path.The object of the inheritance and application path of rural elite culture includes both the historical and cultural resources and realistic cultural resources.As the attribute of the public cultural resources,the subject of rural elite is the local government.According to the logical relationship of resource combing,strategic positioning,innovating methods and functioning,this chapter explores the combination of advancing with The Times of rural elite and rural revitalization.To realize the inheritance and application of rural elite culture in today’s rural environment in order to provide reference for the construction of rural elite culture and the revitalization of rural areas.
