Research On The Development Path Of Rural Culture Promote The Implementation Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

"If the nation wants to revive,the countryside must revitalize".In 2021,The eighteenth No.1 central document which guidance the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers fully demonstrates the strategy of "revitalization of the rural areas " which always been the first work in the historical period of the party and the state.As well is a hot topic for public.With the continuous change of climate and environment,rural areas are facing lots of problems such as the decline of agricultural resources.economy,rural style,ecology and governance.The revitalization of rural areas must inject new vitality.Countries without culture have no soul,and villages without culture are empty.As a special factor of production,local culture is easy ignored by people because of its intangible and difficult to quantify attributes.But in reality,the historicity and importance of local culture cannot be underestimated.What we can’t ignore is that rural culture can not only revitalize the rural economy and industry that lack kinetic energy,but also play a big role in the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas and promoting rural governance.With the development of society,rural population has been lost,the problem of the loss of valuable material,spirit and local talents in local culture is becoming more and more serious.Rural culture rooted in the rural land,is the core of cultural soft power,is also an important component and essence of Chinese culture.Somehow it determines the future development decision of a region.Combines with the era background of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation,this paper used the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and questionnaire which in order to understand the role of local culture in Rural Revitalization deeply.Basically from the five rural revitalization goals which including industry,ecology,rural style,life and rural governance,and studies the path of local culture enabling Chun’an Rural Revitalization.Taking Chun’an County,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,through visit and investigation,combined with the analysis of Chun’an local culture and humanistic customs,we can know that it has the geographical advantage of being located at the intersection of Xin’an culture,Jiangnan culture and Huizhou culture,the advantage of rich cultural heritage and the basis of cultural and tourism industry integration,However,there are also some problems that using rural culture to develop Chun’an Rural Revitalization,such as the loss of cultural elements,lack of innovation and the integration of industrial is not good.The rapid development of digital cultural industry brings both opportunities and challenges.This paper mainly solves three problems: first,the way of Rural Revitalization enabled by local culture,second,the empirical analysis of Rural Revitalization enabled by local culture,and finally the best path choice of Rural Revitalization enabled by local culture.Therefore,the following measures should be taken immediately,first by collecting and sorting out the research situation of research scholars at home and abroad in recent years.Then interview with professors and experts who have sufficient experience in relevant fields,we can understand the possibility of revitalizing the countryside with rural culture.Integrating local culture into market economy can become an important means to drive rural economic development and an important channel to improve rural spiritual outlook.Secondly,through field research,visits and questionnaires to villagers and tourists,this paper studies the current situation of Chun’an rural culture enabled Rural Revitalization and development.Establish AHP-SWOT model,analyze and compare the existing advantages and potential disadvantages,existing problems and challenges of Rural Revitalization enabled by local culture in Chun’an County,and refine the countermeasures and suggestions of Rural Revitalization enabled by local culture in Chun’an County.It comes to the conclusion that the effective path of Rural Revitalization enabled by rural culture should be from the perspective of excavating cultural connotation,inheriting cultural essence,creative innovation culture and its derivatives,creating an atmosphere of cultural self-confidence,and promoting the integration of various industries and local culture,combined with the development of modern digital cultural industry,deeply cultivate cultural brands and build a cultural talent echelon.Give play to the leading position of the government,make the best use of villagers enthusiasm and initiative to participate the governance of the countryside.To the greatest extent promote the development of ecology,rural style,life and rural governance in rural areas all-round and multi-level.So as to ensure the efficient and high-quality realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
