Research On Renowned Country Elite And Their Culture In The New Era

Chinese General Secretary XI Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization seriously in the report at 19^th CPC National Congress.Going on the socialist road of rural vitalization with Chinese characteristics was also pointed out definitely at the Central Conference on Rural Work which was held in Beijing on December 28^th,2018.To vitalize the rural area,we must inherit,develop and promote the agricultural civilization and good rural traditional cultural resource,develop rural culture,nurture good civilized traditions,family atmosphere and simple folk custom to promote the social civilization of rural areas;we must innovate the governance system combining with rural areas,laws and moralities,propel and improve good rural rules and promote social coordination and public participation.To construct beautiful rural areas,the beautiful scenery and nostalgia should both be kept.Only in this way can the agreement on the rural culture be achieved,the cultural context be inherited and the rural culture be rebuilt.The new village thus can be the back garden of the cities’development.The culture of rural elite nurtures cultured people all the time.As for today,people increasingly recognize the importance of new rural elite and the culture about them.The new culture of rural elite is an important part of regional culture and local special culture,the material fruit and spiritual wealth with humanistic values created by rural elite as well as a kind of integrated cultural form with the role of leading,encouraging and restricting thoughts,beliefs and values.In terms of the form,the new culture of rural elite can be divided into tangible and intangible or be summarized into material level and spiritual level.In terms of the time,the new culture of rural elite can be distinguished by ancient and modern or be summarized into the level of inheritance and development.In terms of the pattern,the new culture of rural elite is dynamic or static.The dynamic one consists of family traditions and instructions,cultural relics and historic sites and monuments and genealogies which are unable to speak.The static one includes those new rural elite who take part in the local flexible governance and are good at speaking.In the new era,the new rural elite present some new characteristics which are diversified career structures,modern ideas and thoughts,ordinary status and off-ground living spaces.To cultivate new culture of rural elite,it is both necessary to excavate and inherit traditional cultural resources of rural elite and unite and develop new rural elite.Through the moral,economic,cultural and interpersonal capital,the new rural elite can be devoted to the construction of their hometown.This is really good for benefiting their hometown.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the historical transition of new rural elite and their culture.The new rural elite and their culture are the product of historical development and have long historical and cultural traditions.Developing the new culture of rural elite is needed for inheriting good traditional culture and urgent to the governance of grass-root society.Then is the function and characteristics of the new culture of rural elite.Due to the special functions of moral cultivation and cultural inheritance,the new culture of rural elite becomes the appeal nowadays to lead and practice the core values of Chinese socialism.The third part is the multidimensional construction of the new culture of rural elite.The construction of it cannot be achieved by one single person or one family.It needs the common efforts of individuals,families,clans,local governments and the whole country.By strengthening the construction of teams and platform,we hope to breed excellent subjects.The last part is the unsettled issues in the construction of the new culture of rural elite,namely,the important issues which need special consideration in the construction of the new culture of rural elite.
