| Future Work Self(FWS)and personal initiative are both very important fields of investigation in Organizational Psychology.FWS is new and roots in the concept Self,which symbolizes the image of the future working self.The purpose of this study is to ensure the relationships between Future Work Self,Career Self-Efficacy,Personal Initiative at Work and Self Consistency,by using qualified scales measuring them.SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 are used to calculate data.583 people were chosen during the study on the formal step.There are the results:(1)The reliability and validity of all the scales are qualified;(2)Future orientation and self harmony has significant interaction in gender and length of service;(3)There are significant positive correlations between the independent variable,personal effectiveness,self flexibility and work initiative.Significant negative correlations show between them and passivity of work plan.(4)FWS,personal effectiveness and self flexibility have significant positive predictive effects on work initiative;(5)The individual effectiveness dimension plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between job self clarity and work initiative in the future;the individual effectiveness dimension plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between future orientation and work initiative;(6)The self stereotyped dimension plays a moderating role in the relationship of future work self clarity and work initiative. |
