Teaching design can make each part of the teaching in a step-by-step and planned order,it is very important for the school teaching.As the micro level of teaching design,classroom teaching design can directly affect whether the teaching objectives can be realized through the classroom teaching links.Therefore,the quality of classroom teaching design can also affect the students' final learning results.In the course of the author's practice,it is found that secondary vocational school students have low interest in business English learning.As a result,they are dull in business English classes,and have little interaction with teachers.By attending English classes,it is found that there are many problems in the teachers' teaching design,which influence the learning outcome of business English learners in secondary vocational school.Therefore,this study takes the teaching design of business English teachers in H secondary vocational school in C city as the research subject,and the methods used in this study are observation,literature research and text analysis.First of all,this paper makes an observation on the preparation and teaching of business English teachers in secondary vocational schools,and then,through literature research,a targeted teaching design is selected,which includes four elements: teaching goal,learning task,teaching strategy and teaching evaluation.Then it analyzes the four elements based on 120 copies of teaching design for secondary vocational school business English teachers,it is found that the following problems exist in the design of business English classroom teaching: first,the design of teaching objectives is inaccurate;second,teaching strategy and teaching contents are not matched;third,there is no evaluation of students and teaching process.Then the following three reasons are concluded by interviewing with six business English teachers in view of the problems in teaching design: first,teachers' understanding of teaching objectives is one-sided;second,the design of teaching strategy is just a formality;third,teachers lack theoretical and methodological guidance on teaching evaluation.After considering these reasons which lead to the problems,the relevant solutions are put forward: first,teachers should master the standard of teaching goal design;second,teachers should carefully design teaching strategies and guide theimplementation of teaching contents;third,teachers should improve teaching evaluation skills.Through the research of this thesis,the author hopes to provide reference for the standardization of business English classroom teaching design in secondary vocational schools.
