| Objective This subject mainly discusses the characteristics of state elements of hyperuricemia and its correlation with factors such as living habits, gender and age, which provides the reference for the optimization of Traditional Chinese Medicine of health management scheme for hyperuricemia. Methods By study of retrospective cases and clinical investigations,292 patients with hyperuricemia were collected with four diagnostic data and lifestyle questionnaires. And researchers collects the four diagnostic data for the health status identification system. The correlation between the characteristics of the state elements of hyperuricemia lifestyle, gender and age was analyzed and the characteristics of TCM main state of hyperuricemia was obtained by using state identification and statistical approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results1.In this study, there were 208 male patients(71.2%)of hyperuricemia, with an age distribution of 18~44 years, with an average age of(24.41±5.35)years;84 female patients(28.8%),with an age distribution of 18~ 40 years old, average age(23.55±4.30).The top 10 common symptoms of hyperuricemia are chills, dry eyes, fatigue, amnesia, mental fatigue, dry oropharynx, dry skin, spontaneous sweat, thirst and dysphoria.2.People with hyperuricemia have the most diseased state, accounting for 92.1%;the indistinct state is the second, accounting for 7.2%;the non-disease state is the least, accounting for 0.7%.Hyperuricemia patients, the top three position elements are spleen, kidney, liver;the top five solid properties are wet, sputum, heat, blood stasis, and qi stagnation;the deficient properties are yin deficiency,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency.Perform cluster analysis were the above-mentioned status elements.According to the results, the clusters are based on the combination of parts and properties, which can be composed of kidney-yang deficiency, liver stagnation and qi stagnation, liver yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness trapping the spleen, and blood stasis and heat..3.The distribution of common lifestyle of patients with hyperuricemia is as follows: the frequency of eating meat, vegetables, fruits and aquatic products, drinking less than 1500 ml of water, the infrequent exercise, the taste of sweet, sour, spic, light and salty, staying up and drinking alcohol,etc.4.The effect of gender, age, and weight on the main state elements of hyperuricemia:According to gender grouping, the difference in the grade distribution of blood stasis and Yang deficiency state elements is statistically significant(P<0.05),and The average rank of men in the blood stasis state is higher than that of women, and the rank average of the factors in the yang deficiency state is lower than that of women.According to age grouping, the two groups had statistically significant differences in the rank distribution of yin deficiency elements(P<0.01),and the average rank of yin deficiency elements in the 18~30 year old group was higher.According to the BMI value grouping, the non-obese and obese, two groups have statistically significant differences in the grade distribution of the spleen, kidney, liver, dampness, sputum, blood stasis,qi stagnation, and qi deficiency state elements(P<0.01, P<0.05).And the rank average of the status elements of obesity groups is higher.5.The effect of single factor on the main state elements of hyperuricemia: The difference in the level distribution of the wet, sputum, and heat state elements between the frequently-eating vegetable group and the infrequently-eating vegetable group was statistically significant(P<0.05),And the average rank of the vegetable group is lower. There was a statistically significant difference in the rank distribution of the yin deficiency state elements between the aquatic products frequently consumed group and the aquatic products infrequently consumed group(P<0.05),and the average rank of the aquatic products frequently consumed group was lower. There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of spleen and wet state elements between the group with a water intake of1500 ml or more and the group with a water intake of 1500 ml and above(P<0.05),and the rank mean value of the group with a water intake of 1500 ml and above was lower. There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of kidney and liver status between the stay-up group and the non-stay-up group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the average rank of the stay-up group was higher. The infrequent exercise group and the regular exercise group had statistically significant differences in the level distribution of the elements of kidney, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the average rank of the regular exercise group was lower. The frequency of meat intake, the frequency of fruit intake and alcohol consumption have no significant effect on the status factors of patients with hyperuricemia.6.The effect of multiple factors on the main state elements of hyperuricemia: the frequent intake of meat-fruit-aquatic products group and the frequent intake of meat group, the infrequent intake of fruits group, the infrequent intake of aquatic products in the kidney The difference in the rank distribution of yin deficiency and yin deficiency elements was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rank average of the meat-fruit-aquatic product group was lower;the meat-aquatic product-vegetable group and the regular meat intake The difference in the grade distribution of Yin deficiency state elements between the group and the infrequent aquatic product group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rank average of the meat-aquatic-vegetable group was lower;regular meat intake-There is a statistically significant difference in the rank distribution of spleen status between the aquatic-vegetable group and the infrequent vegetable intake group(P<0.05),and the average rank of the meat-aquatic-vegetable group is lower. There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of the yin deficiency status between the regular intake of aquatic products-vegetables and fruits group and the infrequent intake of aquatic products group(P<0.05),and the rank average of the regular intake of aquatic products-vegetables-fruit group was lower;Compared with the infrequent vegetable intake group, there is a statistically significant difference in the rank distribution of the spleen status elements between the regular intake of aquatic products-vegetables and fruits group(P<0.05),and the rank average of the frequent intake of aquatic products-vegetables-fruits group is higher low. There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of the spleen and yin deficiency status elements between the low drinking-staying up-infrequent exercise group and the more drinking group(P<0.05),and the rank average of the drinking-more group was lower; There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of liver status elements between the regular exercise group and the non-staying-up group(P<0.05),and the non-staying-up group had a lower rank average;the spleen was between the low drinking-staying up late-infrequent exercise group and the regular exercise group The difference in the rank distribution of the elements of,kidney, liver, heat, yin deficiency, and qi deficiency status was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the average rank of the regular exercise group was lower.Conclusions1.Hyperuricemia population accounts for the largest proportion of pre-existing states. The main state elements of its parts are spleen, kidney, and liver. The solid state elements are mainly wet, phlegm, heat, blood stasis, stagnation of qi,and deficiency. The main elements of the nature state are yin deficiency,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency..According to different conditions, the adjustment of living habits should be emphasized, and corresponding TCM health management suggestions should be given.2.Adjustment of lifestyle, among patients with hyperuricemia, those with higher scores for dampness, sputum, and heat state elements are recommended to eat more low-purine vegetables;those with higher scores for yin deficiency state elements are recommended to eat low-purine aquatic products in moderation;spleen and wet states People with higher element points can increase intake of water every day;people with high element points for kidney and liver status are advised to avoid staying up late;people with higher element points for kidney, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency can increase appropriate exercises. |
