Objective: To investigate the relationship between infertile patient’s ovarian function and cognitive、behavior in Chongqing female; Find the factors affecting the women ovarian function; provide some basis for the prevention and treatment of ovarian function decline.Method: Using multi-stage random sampling, all the patients are from a grade 3 hospital’s ART center of Chongqing in September 2014-October 2015. The general demographic information, medical history, sex, diet habits, work schedule, work environment, stress and emotion are all included. Investigate 620 people and 580 valid questionnaires are took back, the effective rate was 95.38%. Use EPIDATA software input data record. Related statistical analysis uses SAS statistical software and the P < 0.05 is statistical significance.Results: In 580 respondents basic information can be seen that the respondents who’s ovarian function is low or normal have certain differences in age, infertility years. BMI, cultural degree, occupation, family income survey index has no correlation with ovarian function.Within the past disease history can be seen that the genetic disease, history of secretory diseases, gynecological diseases and the history of surgery have influence on ovarian function( X~2=6.07, P<0.05). Immunodeficiency disease, chronic diseases, stimulate ovulation on drug use and has no impact on ovarian function. Patients with endocrine diseases, the incidence of ovarian function is significantly higher than with no history of endocrine diseases(X~2=7.86,P<0.01). The incidence of ovarian function is low with history of disease of department of gynaecology is significantly higher than with no history of disease of department of gynaecology(X~2=18.11,P<0.01); Ovarian function in patients with a history of gynecologic surgery significantly higher incidence of low with no history of gynecologic surgery(X~2=15.75,P<0.01).This study can be seen that ovarian function in normal and abnormal group first menstrual age, age of first sexual life, sexual frequency and the distribution of contraception differences(X~2=7.28,P<0.05). Emotion, mood, communication and attitude has no correlation with ovarian function.Conclusion: Female infertility patients ovarian function decline in Chongqing have relationship with personal basic situation, history of disease, living environment, sex, diet routine work, emotional stress. Avoid contact with the related factors may have certain effect to the protection of ovarian function.
