Object:The clinical effect of zhishi xiaopi pill on FD with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation was observed with compound azinmett enteric-coated tablets as the control.Method:60 cases that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases). The treatment group was given zhishi xiaopi pill plus or minus oral administration twice a day(half an hour after dinner),each time with150 ml water decoction, and the treatment course was 1 month. The control group was given compound azinmett enteric-coated tablets(75mg/10mg)orally,2 tablets/time for Tid,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. To observe the overall clinical efficacy after treatment, compare the total score of TCM clinical symptoms and the score of each single symptom before and after treatment, and observe and record the adverse reactions. The data results were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 to evaluate the clinical effect of zhishi xiaopi pill in the treatment of FD.Result:Two patients in the treatment group and three patients in the control group fell off,and a total of 5 patients fell off.Finally,55 patients were involved in the statistics, including 28 patients in the treatment group and 27 patients in the control group. There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, total score of symptoms, total score of main symptoms, total score of secondary symptoms and score of each single symptom before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).1.Overall clinical efficacy comparison: The total effective rate was 92.9% in the treatment group and 70.4% in the control group. The overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Clinical symptoms integral comparison: Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome total integral, total primary symptom integral and total integral time disease are significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group the total scoredecreased more significantly than control group(P < 0.05),suggesting two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved after treatment, the treatment group than the control group curative effect is better.3.The individual symptoms integral comparison: The treatment group after treatment of each individual symptoms integral are significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05),the control group after treatment,“abdominal distension?abdominal distension increases after eating?anepithymia?epigastric pain?nausea and vomiting?belching and burp”symptom score than before treatment significantly decreased(P < 0.05),while “fatigue?Shapeless stool”before the treatment has no obvious symptoms integral decreased(P >0.05);Treatment group in improving the “abdominal distension?abdominal distension increases after eating?anepithymia?epigastric pain?fatigue?Shapeless stool”6 individual symptoms integral is better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the two groups in improving symptoms of “nausea and vomiting?belching and burp” two points has no difference(P > 0.05),the treatment group in the aspect of improving “nausea and vomiting?belching and burp”shape with the control treatment.4.Safety: No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion:Zhishi Xiaopi pill is effective in treating FD patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.Compared with compound azinmide enteric coated tablets,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and physical and mental state of patients, and has high safety. It widens the thinking for the treatment of FD patients with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.
