Clinical Study Of Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation

Objective:Through the clinical study of Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type,observe its clinical effect,and provide a more safe and effective treatment plan for the treatment of functional dyspepsia syndrome after meal by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:According to the principle of random control,92 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(46cases).In the treatment group,Zhishi Xiaopi decoction was taken orally.The control group was given mosapride citrate tablets,5mg / time,three times a day,orally before meals.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were scored,all clinical data were collected,spss22.0 software was used to select the corresponding statistical methods for statistical analysis,and finally,according to the data results,the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated..Result:1.Before treatment,the general data of the two groups,such as gender,age,course of disease were tested,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.Before the treatment,the scores of single TCM Syndromes of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,with comparability.2.Comparison of clinical effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 88.10% and 64.29%,respectively,which was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment: the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment effect was better than that in the control group;the scores of each single TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.4.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type,the overall effect of Zhishi Xiaopi decoction is better than that of the control group in the aspect of TCM symptoms,which shows that the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type is better than that of Western Medicine alone,reflecting the advantages of TCM treatment.2.It is safe and effective to treat the syndrome of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction and mosapride citrate tablets.
