The Clinical Observation Of Professor Jiang Shumin's Self-made Xiaopi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of Xiaopi decoction prepared by the tutor in the treatment of Functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation was observed,and the clinical efficacy and prognosis evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation were compared with that of western medicine.Methods:61 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(31 cases),treat for 28 days,record into the group of patients before and after treatment the symptoms integral,follow-up clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine during the relapse and drug safety condition,through the integration of the TCM symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,follow-up clinical symptom recurrence rate to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:1.There was a significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.In addition,the total score of TCM symptoms in the TCM treatment group after treatment was statistically different from that in the western medicine control group(P<0.05),indicating that in this study,both TCM treatment and western medicine treatment were effective,and the efficacy of the TCM treatment group in improving patients' clinical symptoms was better than that in the western medicine control group.2.Compared with the western medicine control group,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had better efficacy in improving narcolepsy,fatigue,diarrhea symptoms(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of symptoms of epigastric distention,pain and belching symptoms,the two groups had similar efficacy(P>0.05).?3.In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%.The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the TCM treatment group was more significant than thatin the western medicine control group(P<0.05).4.During clinical follow-up,the recurrence rate of 45.83% in the western medicine control group,20.96% in the Chinese medicine treatment group,and the recurrence rate of clinical symptoms in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaopi decoction has a significant effect on the improvement of the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi-stagnation and the follow-up of the clinical symptoms of relapse,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
