Objective:To evaluate the effect of Zhishi Xiaopi Pill on alleviating the symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome by studying ancient medical books and discovering the therapeutic effect of functional dyspepsia from traditional Chinese medicine, combining with clinical treatment experience, adopting comparative study and comparing with western medicine treatment group,so as to expand and popularize effective prescriptions for functional dyspepsia.Methods:60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Zhishi Xiaopi Pill plus or minus oral administration, while the control group was given Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets(Xinluona)oral administration for 4 weeks. The patients were followed up on the first day and the fourth week to evaluate the symptoms and efficacy. Results:The data of 60 patients who completed the clinical trial were analyzed and concluded:1.Comparison of clinical syndrome efficacy:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After testing, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the addition and subtraction of Zhishi Xiaopi Pill is superior to the mosapr:ide citrate dispersible tablet in total clinical efficacy.2.Comparison of total scores of clinical symptoms:After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with before treatment, the symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were obvious, and the test was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group and the control group The groups all have a good effect on improving symptoms. The total scores of the patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The decrease of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group. After testing, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the oral administration of Zhishi Xiaopi Pill was added and subtracted in the short term. Can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, compared with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets have obvious advantages.3.Comparison of clinical single symptom scores:(1)Main single symptom aspects:The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the two aspects of "abdominal fullness" and "post-feeding abdominal distension",with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The effect was better than the control group in the "less food and poor drug retention",with statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in "stomach cramps pain"(P>0.05).(2)Secondary single symptom aspects:The scores of some secondary TCM symptoms after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment. In the symptoms of "tired weakness and loose stools",P<0.05 was tested, indicating that the difference was statistically significant;indicating that Zhishi Xiaopi Pil is effective in improving symptoms such as"weakness, fatigue and loose stools".Conclusion:The modified Zhishi Xiaopi Pill can effectively improve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.Compared with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets, the clinical efficacy of Zhishi Xiaopi Pill is better. It shows that traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. It is necessary to further study and promote its clinical application.
