Objevtive: This study is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with clinical experience,to treat cervical vertigo by using supereme deep-needling combined with penetratiing needling.By comparing with conventional acupuncture methods, observing the curative effect, and organizing the data and statistics analysis, this study to compare the clinical efficacy difference between the two methods in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and to demonstrate whether the efficacy of supereme deep-needling combined with penetrating needling in the treatment of cervical vertigo is superior, thereby trying to provideing diverse methods of treating cervical vertigo. Methods: This study collected 60 patients with cervical vertigo who met the inclusion criteria from January 2019 to December 2019 in the acupuncture clinic of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria.Sequence numbers and numbers are converted into random numbers using SPSS22.0 software, and the random numbers are grouped into treatment groups and control groups, each with 30 cases. The treatment group is treated withsupereme deep-needling combined with penetratiing needling, and the control group is treated with conventional acupuncture.Retaining the needle for 30 minutes after acupuncture, once a day, continuous acupuncture for five days a week, two days rest, one week as a course of treatment, and observe and evaluate the efficacy after 2courses.After 2 courses, the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale(ESCV)was completed and the dizziness was evaluated. The data was sorted and analyzed after the study was completed. All data was by using SPSS22.0 software to create a database for statistical analysis.Counting data The chi-square test is used. The measurement data is firstly tested for normality. The t test is used to meet the normal distribution and the variance is equal to the mean ± standard deviation(X ± S).The rank data were tested by rank sum test with the test standard a = 0.05,and the difference was considered statistically significant when P value <0.05.Result:1.Analyze and compare the general data of the two groups before treatment, and compare their gender, age, course of disease, and pre-treatment scores,p> 0.05.The difference is not considered statistically significant, indicating that they are comparable.2.After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved. The scores before and after treatment in the group were analyzed by rank sum test, and the escv score was increased, indicating that the two treatment methods are effective, and the differences between the two groups were significantly different by rank sum test.(p <0.05),which was statistically significant, and the observation group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: 10 cases of clinical cure in the treatment group,11 cases of marked effect,6 cases of effectiveness,3 cases of ineffectiveness, the total effective rate was 90%;5 cases of bed healing in the control group,6 cases of marked effect,13 cases of effectiveness, and 6 cases of ineffectiveness The total effective rate was 80%.The overall efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by rank sum test,z =-2.464,p= 0.014 <0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group. The clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo is significantly better than conventional acupuncture.Research conclusions: Infusion combined with penetration and conventional acupuncture have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and the former is better than the latter. This study provides a simple method for clinicians to treat cervical vertigo.Efficient method.
