The new health care reform plan to encourage social capital to participate in healthcare reform, more and more foreign hospitals and private capital to enter the medicalmarket, hospital, accompanied by reform of medical insurance system, theimplementation of regional planning and other health hospital tradition businessmodel will face serious challenges.Competition between hospitals in the final analysis are competing technologies andpersonnel, and its core is the talent competition. Hospital medical succeed in thehighly competitive market, it is necessary to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.The face of increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, the quality of staffhas become an important condition for direct hospital survival and development, andthus improve the quality of hospital staff invincible in the competition an importantsafeguard. Staff training is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of thehospital, improve staff quality mainly depends on effective training measures.This paper started from the basic theory of training, research and analysis throughSY hospital training conditions, analyzes the main problems and reasons for itsexistence, referring to the situation at home and abroad about the training andexperience of the successful and effective management, the use of modern humanresource management theory training on successful management experience,combined with the hospital situation, as SY hospital design a suitable sustainabledevelopment needs of the hospital, workable training programs, hoping to improvethe professional competence of employees by designing effective training programsand quality, improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital.Discussion paper is divided into seven parts, the first part focuses on theimportance of background research and the training of hospital development; secondpart discusses the basic concepts of hospital staff training and staff training related tothe theoretical basis, constitute the theoretical framework of the thesis; the third partanalyzes the status quo SY training hospital staff, the fourth part of the training conducted a survey of the status quo and analyzes the main problems and reasonsexist; part V SY hospital practice, the overall design of proposed training and systemdesign from principle, from a combination of institutions, training needs analysis,training objectives and planning, elaborate training effectiveness evaluation; sectionVI presents the security conditions and the effectiveness of training programsimplemented transformation; part VII analysis is inadequate training system, andproposed further research directions.The innovation of this paper is to hope that through this study, the ability toresearch results at home and abroad on training theory, applied to the training systemSY hospital practice, build a reasonable coherent SY hospital training system to beoperational at the same time to build the same level of hospital staff training system,play a reference.
