Abstract/Summary:
Different from public hospitals,private hospitals have grown rapidly in recent years,and their rapid growth corresponds to the decline in overall service quality and the chaos of service management.Under the current medical situation,private hospitals are an important force in primary medical care and public hospitals,and should have better service capabilities,show their service value,and be given more expectations.And with the advancement of medical reform,many private hospitals also recognize the importance of talents,and pay more and more attention to the skills training of employees This paper mainly studies the current level of staff skills training of private hospitals,as well as the impact on the value of services,so as to find ways to improve the value of services,and find countermeasures to promote the level of training and the development of private hospitals,which reflects the research purpose of this paper.At present,the literature on the value of employee skills training and competency is relatively rich,but there are fewer literature studies based on service value improvement,competency and employee skills training in private hospitals,and most of them are studied by qualitative analysis and less research by quantitative analysis.In addition,there is very little literature on staff skills training,competence and the service value of private hospitals combined,study the relationship between mutual influences,and quantitative analysis,this paper on the above research background,the use of qualitative literature research method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and quantitative exploratory factor analysis method,confirmatory factor analysis and other methods,combined with relevant theories and basic concepts,first of all,the construction of theoretical models,combined with the literature and interview content to build employee skills training,Competency and service value system dimensions and indicators,and put forward research assumptions;Secondly,the quantitative analysis of the study design,combined with the dimensions and index system in the previous article,after the questionnaire survey to determine the final survey index system;Thirdly,after conducting empirical analysis and data analysis,descriptive analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,and structural equation model analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Employee skills training dimension,after exploratory factor analysis,verification of reliability and validity and meeting the requirements,three factors are obtained,namely moral level,knowledge level and ability level;The competency dimension,after being tested by the reliability of the validity and meeting the requirements,a factor is obtained,that is,the competency level itself;The value dimension of the service,after being tested by the reliability and meeting the requirements,is obtained by a factor,that is,the value of the service itself.After exploratory factor analysis,the basic model system can be established,that is,the three factors of the employee skill training dimension and the competency and service value dimensions themselves.(2)In the process of structural equation model analysis,the structural validity is first analyzed,which is divided into convergence validity and differentiation validity.All meet the numerical requirements,and the combined reliability is better;The square root of the arithmetic of each latent variable AVE is greater than the correlation coefficient between the latent variable and other dimensional variables,and the validity of the distinction is better.The model fit test is performed,and then the structural equation model diagram is drawn.The main indicators fall within an acceptable range and meet the requirements of the ideal values;Thirdly,the model path test was carried out to verify the hypothesis,and the hypothesis H1,H2,H5,and H6 were verified;Suppose H3 and H4 are not verified.Finally,the intermediary effect of competency in it is tested,and it can be seen that there is no intermediary effect between the moral level and service value of competency in employee skills training,and there is a partial intermediary effect between the knowledge level and the service value,and the complete intermediary effect between the ability level and the service value.Through the above analysis,the staff skills training status,competency status and service value status of private hospitals can be understood,and a variety of quantitative analysis methods are used to conduct a detailed analysis of the relationship between the three dimensions and many variable indicators,which clarifies the intermediary role of competence,and also clarifies the significance of the knowledge,ability and ethics of employee skills training to the improvement of service value.This is a reference for the development of many private hospitals and the improvement of service value.
